1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the hb baji platform in any manner — including creating an account, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or making a financial transaction — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the hb baji platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hb baji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. They are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your relationship with hb baji.

hb baji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the platform or by email. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the hb baji platform after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version (if provided as a courtesy), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

1.2 Applicable Law

hb baji is an internationally operated online gambling platform. Nothing in these terms constitutes legal advice specific to the jurisdiction of Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the hb baji platform complies with the laws applicable in their own jurisdiction before registering or playing.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the hb baji platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. hb baji strictly enforces the minimum legal gambling age of 18. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the platform in any capacity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on hb baji or any other gambling platform where such exclusion would extend to hb baji.
• You have not previously had an hb baji account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of hb baji, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

2.1 Age Verification

hb baji takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all new accounts. hb baji may request documentary evidence of age — including a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and any funds held pending verification will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any bonus amounts claimed.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on hb baji. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hb baji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balance or bonus funds forfeited without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of hb baji products — including sports betting, live casino, and slots — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration — and at any subsequent point when you update your account details — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, impersonating another person, or using a fictitious identity during registration constitutes a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.1 KYC Documentation

As part of its ongoing obligation to operate a safe and compliant platform, hb baji may request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered to your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to hb baji's satisfaction. hb baji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of a KYC review. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively after registration to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hb baji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported a suspected security breach to hb baji support immediately upon becoming aware of it.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact hb baji support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. hb baji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

hb baji supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically chosen to serve Bangladesh players — including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the hb baji platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your hb baji account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment processor. Standard processing times for mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically under 60 seconds. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the originating institution. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions. hb baji does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which hb baji accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the payment account does not match the registered account holder name — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being flagged for review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. hb baji aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. Withdrawals will only be approved once KYC verification has been completed. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

hb baji reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account activity appears unusual, or where there is an outstanding KYC requirement. Players found to be exploiting payment systems, engaging in money laundering, or otherwise misusing the withdrawal process will have their accounts closed and relevant information may be disclosed to the appropriate authorities.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

The hb baji platform operates entirely in BDT. Players are not required to manage currency conversion. All displayed balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise explicitly stated.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hb baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer only.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account. Real-money funds may typically be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements; bonus funds must satisfy the wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• hb baji reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, adjust its terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement where there is evidence of abuse, bonus exploitation, or breach of these terms.
• Players who are suspected of exploiting bonuses — including through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, or systematically low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, IP address, and payment method.

5.2 Promotional Offers

From time to time hb baji may run seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar — including offers during the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). Participation in these promotions is voluntary and subject to the terms published with each promotion. hb baji is not obligated to run any specific promotion and reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer with reasonable notice.

6. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hb baji is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gambling environment for all players. All games on the hb baji platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Sports betting odds are generated by professional pricing algorithms and are subject to standard market rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hb baji platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage at the expense of other participants.
• Attempting to defraud hb baji or its payment providers through chargebacks, fraudulent payment claims, or misrepresentation.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who discovers a bug must report it immediately to [email protected]. Bets placed as a result of a software error may be voided at hb baji's discretion.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any other illegal financial activity through the hb baji platform.
• Sharing your account with, or allowing access by, any third party.
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent exclusion orders, claim multiple bonuses, or otherwise abuse platform features.
• Publishing, transmitting, or uploading any content through the platform that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, hb baji reserves the right to take immediate action including voiding affected bets, suspending or permanently closing the account, withholding funds pending investigation, and disclosing relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

hb baji is committed to the responsible provision of gambling services. We recognise that for the vast majority of our players, gambling is an enjoyable leisure activity. However, we also acknowledge that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour, and we take our duty of care toward those players seriously.

All registered hb baji players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Configure reminders that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-ups displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Temporary time-out: Take a break from the platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to six weeks. During a time-out, your account cannot be accessed and no promotional communications will be sent.
• Permanent self-exclusion: Request a permanent closure of your account. Once activated, this cannot be reversed. Players who permanently self-exclude will not receive any further marketing from hb baji.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your hb baji account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations. Please note that closing an account does not override a self-exclusion — if you have self-excluded, the exclusion period must run its course before any reinstatement can be considered.

8.1 Suspension by hb baji

hb baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Identification of an underage player
• Detection of multiple accounts operated by the same individual
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for unlawful purposes
• Requirement to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. Where an account is permanently closed due to a proven breach of these terms, hb baji reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending resolution of any outstanding matter.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. hb baji will notify a player before applying dormancy procedures. A dormant account administration fee may be applied on a monthly basis after the initial dormancy period in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.3 Liability Limitation

hb baji's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hb baji shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
